In general, I found the hotel to be pleasant and in good location for those travelers who needed to stay near the airport. The check-in and out process was smooth and efficient. Although I arrived ahead of the check-in time, the staff accommodated me and allowed an early check-in. I like that all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. 👏 However, soundproofing could be improved, as I was able to hear loud snoring from the next room which in the beginning I thought a ghost haha While I understand that occasional pest sightings can happen, I would recommend that the hotel take steps to improve room pest control to ensure a more comfortable and hygienic experience for future guests. I hope this feedback helps improve your services for future guests. Kudos to all your hard work!

I had an excellent 4-day stay at Go Hotels Parañaque! The location is perfect — close to everything you need, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I also loved that there’s a restaurant right in the lobby, making meals easy and adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my 訂房網站. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-situated place to stay in Parañaque!

For its price, the hotel is relatively okay for an overnight stay. Perfect for layovers. We flew from Visayas and we wanted to relax before our 訂房網站 to Japan. I left my ID and upon notifying them, they kept it until I came back from our 1-week 訂房網站. Thank you!

This hotel needs renovation. The room looks filthy and I can see it is aging. No towels in the room but there's a bottle of shampoo and a piece of bar soap. Pay what you get in short.

Very Disappointing Stay Poor Cleanliness and Basic Service I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I feel like other travelers should be aware of what I experienced. When I first entered my room, I was shocked to find several small cockroaches crawling on the bed not just one, but around five. I got scared and picked up the phone to call the front desk, and that’s when a larger cockroach came out from behind the phone and crawled onto the pillow. I took a video as proof. The staff responded by transferring me to another room, which I appreciated. But the issues didn’t stop there. It was already midnight, and I needed to take a shower only to find that there were no towels in the room. I called the front desk and was given just one towel. After my shower, I realized there was no floor mat either, so the floor got completely wet. I had to call again to ask for a mat. Overall, I cant recommend this place. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and basic amenities like towels and mats shouldn’t require repeated requests. I hope the management takes feedback like this seriously and improves their standards.

Good service. The room is nice. I hope that slippers and toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste will also be added in the package. Overall, it's good 👍

THE WORST HOTEL EVER! AVOID THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH Hotel very dirty, infested of COCKROACHES of all sizes, the smell of the hotel is particular and moldy due to this issue. We changed the room twice but ended up leaving the hotel in 1h due to this disgusting experience. They accepted to cancel the reservation made through Trip platform but once we left the hotel they just rejected the cancellation request and it was finally charged by Trip, so I lost my money. TRIP IS NOT SHOWING THE COMMENTS REGARDING COCKROACHES BUT GO TO GOOGLE RECIEW AND CHECK IT BY YOURSELVES! This hotel should be shut down from all hotel platforms!

Close to ayala malls and other restaurants and fastfood chains 😍🥰 this is my 3rd time staying in here every time I'm in ph! Good for travelers.. Near to the airports!

雖然是連鎖酒店，但設施很舊，像是沒人打掃的一樣。衞生也非常差，廁所臉盆周圍有很多小飛蟲。拖鞋牙刷需要購買。體驗感非常不好，不會二次入住。不知道菲律賓其他地方的這家酒店是否會不一樣離機場很近是個優點
